Teas and chapel...

A week of voluntary chapels...now, only if the floor of Moody could have waited to buckle any time between mid-October and mid November rather than the second week of school...oh well, at least they're getting the problem fixed. Until then, (which supposedly is Monday) chapel is voluntary, and credits will be given to all who are required to come...which means for me, early lunch and a better chance of getting a tuna sandwich with a side of celery and carrot sticks!

Social club rushing is well underway for this fall semester. Teas were on Sunday, and I must say I was very much impressed with the turn out. I am definitely way excited about this year's pledge class. I know it's going to be a wonderful group of girls added to Alpha Kai Omega. We had a ginormous turn out to our Hollywood rush on Monday night, which added to the mounting excitement...I can't wait!

So alot of people have been commenting on the upcoming "craziness" of the semester in sort-of doom and gloom terminology...but I say: why put so much extra anxiety and stress right now? I'm not saying it's not gonna get busy; let's be real... But instead, right now while there's not too much going on, enjoy your time. Keep on top of things right now and make a habit of it.
There's my partial time-management speech for the day...

"The LORD is good to those whose hope is in him, to the one who seeks him;"
- Lamentations 3: 25
That's enough for me...His is good.

Be blessed today,
Jezz
