So there's this white Montero Sport parked in the faculty/staff parking lot by the Margaret and Herman Brown Library this morning. Normally, I wouldn't mind the car. I wouldn't notice it. No, I would just walk by. But, this morning I saw something...something henious...
The car not only had an OU sticker on it (normally, I would have fleeting moment of "eh, just what the world needs, another OU fan" disgust...but, in addition, it had on the other side of the back windshield...a Mac sticker. So...you can basically write it up that I could never be seen in that car. Needless to say, I was appalled.
or whatever...
Anyway, my academic advisor told me that I had to quit band in order to take a required publication design class whose lab is at the same time as band three days a week. I was a little perturbed. Hopefully I'll be able to tweak things enough to where I can still take pub design and be in band...I can't quit band...not now...
On the bright side, things are looking up for graduating in May. I need 29 more hours after this semester to graduate, and they're all going to fit in my schedule. So...yippee! I guess now I have to figure out what I'm gonna do for the rest of my life in the "real world." Not sure if I'm ready for it yet...but, hopefully in a year I will be...
Off to Amarillo this weekend to see the clucks...be back Saturday night. Then it's off to work locking myself up in the WPAC computer lab editing audio...and on a Saturday night! man...such a loser or something.
Next week: midterms in every class, projects, presentations, work...at both places, and maybe word on an internship for this summer...we'll see.

I used to hate Mac with a passion too, but after selling them last year I actually took a liking to them! I'd take a Mac laptop anyday over mine. But a lot of that just has to do with the probabliity of Windows having glitches/cathing viruses as opposed to any other operating system. And also the fact that my hard drive has crashed again and my dad had to send it back to the company for repairs. But I don't know, you could probably convince me to like that crazy computer your brother has too...
That's weird about pub design. Fun class. My lab was right after the class on MWF at 10am. I wonder why they don't offer it that way anymore...I'll get them for you, I will. Are you still coming to visit spring break? I hope so! Have a great day :)
